We offer residential and apartment relocations, office and commercial moves, long-distance and inter-county transport, furniture pick-up and delivery, professional packing and unpacking, supply of packing materials, and secure storage solutions.
The total cost depends on the scope of services requested and is provided in a written quotation. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the balance is payable immediately after successful completion of the move.
No, we provide expert packing and unpacking services. However, if you choose to pack your own items, ISA Movers will not be liable for any damages to those items.
Yes. For challenging moves, we may allocate additional crew members or specialized equipment to ensure everything is handled safely and efficiently.
Yes, we provide dismantling and reassembly of household furniture and electronics. TV mounting (Ksh 2,500) and DSTV installation (Ksh 3,000) are available upon request. Specialist services (e.g., plumbing, gas, electrical) must be arranged separately by the client.
Any damage or loss must be reported within 72 hours of move completion. Supporting receipts are required to authenticate the value. Repairs or replacements not handled by ISA Movers must be pre-approved in writing before compensation. Clients are also encouraged to arrange independent insurance for valuable or fragile items.
We encourage clients to arrange their own insurance for valuables or fragile items. However, ISA Movers can assist with arranging insurance cover on request, billed separately.
We strongly advise that clients personally carry valuables such as jewelry, money, laptops, important documents, and sentimental items, as these are excluded from liability.
Yes. We supply quality boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, stretch film, tapes, and more at competitive prices. You can request these when booking your move or visit our online shop
